Tenet Healthcare is seeking a Microsoft Architect to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Define standards / guidelines and drive technology best practices
- Establish technical governance and frameworks to manage tenants, environments, users & COE Kits
- Administer security and governance frameworks
- Evaluate dependencies and propose DLP policies
- Establish communication monitoring and support methodologies
- Conceptualize and develop relevant use cases for client engagements: proof-of-concepts (POC), proof-of-value (POV), proof-of-technology (POT) and production deployments
- Lead implementation and deployments, leveraging a global delivery team
- Ensure flawless delivery by coordinating with business and IT teams
- Guide teams in identifying technical risk early in the process
- Train, coach, and mentor Citizen Developers (if required) as they use the Microsoft Power Platform tools, providing advice and guidance on best practices and development techniques
- Lead the identification and evaluation of alternative solutions
- Support issue resolution and provide timely responses and solutions as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Must have minimum 10 years of hands-on experience on at least one of the programming languages (e.g. .Net, Powershell, C#/C, HTML/CSS, Web Services, web applications, SQL, data integration tools, technical automation tools)
- Must have 1+ year of experience as a Microsoft Power Platform architect and have successfully led implementations of Microsoft Power Platform programs.
- Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform components – Power Automate Desktop, Power Automate Cloud Flows, Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse, Virtual Agent/Copilot etc.
- Delivery management experience in leading large global implementations on Microsoft Power Platform implementations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - demonstrate experience in running governance at the program management and executive levels
- Demonstrated organization skills with proven ability to manage multiple deliverables, drive outcomes and problem solve issues
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
Compensation
- Pay: $94,016 - $150,176 annually. Compensation depends on location, qualifications, and experience.
- Position may be eligible for an Annual Incentive Plan bonus of 10%-25% depending on role.
- Management level positions may be eligible for sign-on and relocation bonuses.
