Financial Analyst (Onsite based in West Palm Beach, FL)

Tenet is seeking both a detail oriented and “big picture” Financial Analyst for the Paley International LLC located at Tenet's Palm Beach Market in West Palm Beach, FL. This role reports to the Paley International LLC Director of Finance. The purpose of this Analyst role is to provide financial support and analytics surrounding Tenet's medical tourism program.
Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:
- Prepares monthly/quarterly embassy billing packages, compiling invoices and support from multiple providers.
- Prepares physician payments for global fee participating physicians.
- Prepares global fee billing quotations for self-pay patients, foreign government health funds, embassies, and other non-contracted payors.
- Compiles data from multiple sources to assist with global fee account reconciliation at the completion of treatment.
- Prepares physician payments for global fee participating physicians.
- Analyzes patient accounts each month end in the eReserve and PBAR systems, making adjustments as needed.
- Participates in various special projects and ad-hoc report preparation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area required.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably within a large corporation, accounting organization or healthcare organization.
- Ability to interact with team members across all levels, including physicians and hospital administration.
- Strong Excel skills including the use of vlookups, pivot tables and formulas.
- Strong interpersonal/communications skills.
- Healthcare industry desired but not required.
