Summary

The Respiratory Therapist is responsible for providing pulmonary care services in accordance with specific physician's orders, department policies & procedures. The RRT 3 performs arterial insertions and is trained to work independently in either PICU or Trauma ICU or diagnostics.

Qualifications:

Education
Graduate of a Respiratory Care Program

Experience

• Respiratory Therapist with Hyperbaric Chamber experience
• Completed 40 hour Hyperbaric Introductory course
• Working knowledge of all applicable hyperbaric safety codes
• Working knowledge of decompression procedures
• Have experience in hyperbaric chamber maintenance

License
REGISTERED RESPIRATORY THERAPIST (Florida)

Certification

• BLS/CPR (AMERICAN HEART ASSN)
• ACLS (AMERICAN HEART ASSN)
• PALS (AMERICAN HEART ASSN) WITHIN 90 DAYS OF HIRE
