GENERAL SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing pharmaceutical care of a clinical as well as a distributive nature and compounds and dispenses prescribed drugs in accordance with legal requirements, professional standards, and hospital policies. Supports all Technician functions up to and including clinical supervision.

Qualifications:

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, AND OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor of Science degree in pharmacy or PharmD Degree is required
Completion of an ASHP-accredited residency program is desirable
Able to read, write and speak English
Previous experience in hospital pharmacy (as a pharmacist or intern) preferred
Massachusetts license in Pharmacy is required
