Job Details

Position Summary: Assists with professional nursing staff with the provision of basic adult patients and pediatric

patients. Reprocesses endoscopes using high level disinfection.

Position Requirements/Qualifications: (including required licensure/certifications, education and job knowledge / experience)

Education:

Minimum: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Experience: One (1) year in hospital or nursing home setting preferred.

Other qualifications:

  • Patient Care Technician course required.
  • Phlebotomy and EKG experience preferred.
  • Excellent human relations and oral/written communications skills.
  • (BLS) American Heart Association Basic Life Support
