Start your career in healthcare by becoming a patient care associate (PCA) at Baptist Health System! Customer service experience is required, but prior healthcare experience is not.
PCA Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care
- Capture vital signs and assist with daily living needs
- Partner with nursing staff to document patient information
- Educate patients on what to expect during their stay

What to expect:
- Interview with our hiring leaders on March 24.
- Top candidates will be invited to complete a Day In the Life Experience on March 25.(This will be a 4-hour job shadow experience at a selected BHS facility.)
- After the March 25 shadow experience, you may receive an offer to join the team.
