Calling all soon-to-be and newly licensed RNs! The Saint Francis Hospital New Graduate RN Residency Program is your gateway to a rewarding nursing career where learning, growth, and mentorship come together.

Program Requirements:

  • Must be graduating within the next 6 monthsor have obtained RN licensure within the last 6 months.
  • Candidates graduating within 6 months may start after receiving their Authorization to Test (ATT).
  • All graduate nurses must pass the NCLEX within 45 days of their hire date.

Education

Required: Graduated from a state approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing

Experience:

Preferred: Recent acute care experience.
