Lead Stockroom Clerk Full Time Days Position Summary
Monitors workflow and gives instructions to supply chain/materials management staff based on instructions received from the department manager/director. May be responsible to ensure there is coverage for all work areas at the beginning of the shift and covers work areas as needed. Redistributes work if necessary. Trains new employees. Follows up to ensure assignments are complete. Communicates all pertinent information to the department management. Assumes responsibility for CS/MM operations during the absence of management.
Responsibilities
Maintains supply stock locations. Receives and processes various supply orders. Delivers supplies to the desired destination. Builds orders for stock replenishment. Replenish crash carts and trays. Maintains and cleans stock locations. Disinfects, stores, and delivers moveable medical equipment. Loads and unloads materials within a warehouse or storage facility. Utilizes hand trucks, forklifts, or other handling equipment to move material to and from the storage facility. Participates in physical inventory and cycle counts. Validate access permissions and checks in approved vendors. Works under immediate supervision. Reports to a supply chain manager or supervisor. Performs a variety of tasks as assigned.
Education:
Required: High school graduate or equivalent.
Experience:
Required: 2 years of supply chain experience.
