Baptist Health System and Tenet Healthcare are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a Primary Care practice in Boca Raton, FL. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a fully outpatient clinic setting while building long-term relationships with patients across the lifespan. The position is ideal for an APP who enjoys continuity of care and a consistent weekday schedule.
Position Highlights
• Full-time primary care Nurse Practitioner opportunity
• 100% outpatient, clinic-based practice
• Provide care to patients of all ages, from pediatrics through geriatrics
• Monday through Friday schedule aligned with normal business hours
• No inpatient responsibilities, call, or weekend coverage
• Emphasis on preventive care, chronic disease management, and wellness

Required: Must be currently licensed, certified or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy. RNP License. Additional certification(s) per governing board and in accordance with the facility Medical Staff Bylaws.
