We are looking for a Mechanical Engineering Intern to support our team in healthcare facilities functions of the company that impact patient care and safety nationwide. This will give you the opportunity to gain valuable experience while you integrate knowledge and theory learned in the classroom with practical application and develop your skills in a professional setting.
Program Overview:
- Full-Time, Paid Internship
- Onsite in Dallas, TX
- June 1, 2026 - July 31, 2026

- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
- Senior-level status or above preferred.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and medical gas systems.
- Familiarity with healthcare facility codes and standards is a plus (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA, FGI).
- Knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of building automation systems (BAS) and energy management preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to healthcare facilities nationwide (if applicable).
