Senior Compensation Analyst - Dallas, TX
Dallas, Texas Texas Staff HQ- Provide Executive compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions and off-cycle adjustments
- Assist with Annual Compensation processes such as Pay Planning which consists of merit, bonus and Long-term Incentive in dynamic hands-on planning software.
- Market price and analyze positions and incumbents with respect to pay grade.
- Complete market pricing survey submissions.
- Perform competitive market reviews to ensure positions and incumbents are market competitive.
- Incentive design, audits and administration.
- Audit and maintain employee data, job tables, salary structures, task logs.
- Special Projects from leadership as needed.
The Senior Compensation Analyst provides analytical and administrative support and consultation for compensation policies and programs. Prepares executive candidate compensation recommendations to include base and variable compensation programs. Contributes to the administration of compensation programs by preparing survey submissions, maintaining data and tables, updating reports, and analyzing data. Audits job descriptions, evaluates positions and creates appropriate survey data matches and pay grade determinations. Analyzes competitive pay posture and proposes solutions which support internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proactive problem solving.
- Strong, advanced MS Excel skills.
- 3-7 years of experience in Compensation, Human Resources, Finance, Analytics or related field.
- Strong spreadsheet skills for large data sets.
- Analytics experience
