  • Ensure all processes meet policy, compliance, legal, and diversity requirements while maintaining the flexibility needed to support unique or urgent hiring needs.

Problem Solving & Innovation

  • Introduce and champion innovative sourcing, assessment, and engagement approaches that expand access to high-caliber and diverse talent pools.
  • Leverage technology, automation, and workflow improvements to reduce inefficiencies, streamline recruiter workload, and enable continuous process optimization.

Data & Analytics

  • Use data analytics to diagnose issues, uncover trends, and develop insights that support decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Provide business leaders with talent market intelligence—such as compensation trends, competitor activity, and availability of skills—to inform workforce plans and hiring strategies.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of talent acquisition professionals by setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and supporting their professional growth.
  • Foster a culture of learning, accountability, and continuous improvement, ensuring the team stays current on market trends, sourcing techniques, and best practices.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships across HR, Finance, and business units to ensure alignment between hiring strategies, organizational needs, and long‑term growth priorities.
