Job Summary

Detroit Medical Center is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join a growing Orthopedic Spine program serving patients at Harper Hospital and Detroit Receiving Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a highly skilled orthopedic and spine team, providing care across the clinic, hospital, and operating room settings. The Physician Assistant will play a key role in supporting spine and orthopedic surgical services while helping to expand the practice alongside a new spine surgeon joining the program.

This position offers a diverse clinical experience, including outpatient clinic responsibilities, surgical first assist duties, inpatient patient management, and the opportunity to participate in call coverage. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with surgeons to deliver exceptional patient care.

Position Highlights

Required: PA licensure; DEA eligible. Additional certification(s) per governing board and in accordance with the facility Medical Staff Bylaws.
