Detroit Medical Center and the Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan are seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join their Physiatry team in Detroit. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside an experienced group of providers in a collaborative, outpatient-focused environment dedicated to delivering high-quality care for patients with acute and chronic pain conditions.
This is a primarily outpatient role with a strong procedural component, allowing the provider to manage a consistent patient panel while performing in-office interventions. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in pain management, orthopedics, or neurosurgery and be comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Position Highlights
- Monday–Friday schedule with consistent daytime hours
- High-volume outpatient clinic seeing roughly 20 patients a day
- Opportunity for procedures including joint injections, trigger point injections, and nerve blocks
