Compensation:
- Local Rate: $51.00/hour
- Travel Weekly Gross: Up to $2,119

Responsibilities
Responsibilities for Internal Candidates
- Perform clinical laboratory testing in accordance with established protocols and quality standards
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results for patient diagnosis and treatment
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams to support patient care
- Float within the market based on assignment needs
- Report to on-site leadership and TRA Clinical Market Manager

Qualifications
Education:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required
Graduate of an accredited Medical Laboratory Technician program or equivalent
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of clinical laboratory experience in an accredited lab
- At least 1 year of blood bank experience required
Certifications:
- Certification through ASCP, AMT
- State licensure required (as applicable)
