Job Summary

  • Specialty: Allied

  • Duration: Typically 13 Weeks
  • Schedule: 40 hours per week
  • Shift: PM (varies by facility)
  • Employment Type: Local & Travel Contracts

Compensation:

  • Local Rate: $51.00/hour
  • Travel Weekly Gross: Up to $2,119

Rates and openings are subject to change based on market demand and will be confirmed by the recruiter at time of offer.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities for Internal Candidates

  • Perform clinical laboratory testing in accordance with established protocols and quality standards
  • Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results for patient diagnosis and treatment
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams to support patient care
  • Float within the market based on assignment needs
  • Report to on-site leadership and TRA Clinical Market Manager

Qualifications

Education:

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience required

  • Graduate of an accredited Medical Laboratory Technician program or equivalent

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of clinical laboratory experience in an accredited lab
  • At least 1 year of blood bank experience required

Certifications:

  • Certification through ASCP, AMT
  • State licensure required (as applicable)
