Job Summary

Trusted Resource Associates (TRA), a division of Tenet Healthcare, is building a pipeline of Occupational Therapists (OTs) to support current and upcoming needs across our Detroit market, including the Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan (RIM) and affiliated facilities.

This role requires flexibility to float within the market based on facility needs. Clinicians will follow the policies and protocols of the assigned facility and report to the on-site leadership team, with support from the local TRA Clinical Market Manager.

Position Overview:

  • Specialty: Occupational Therapist (OT)
  • Start Date: ASAP / Ongoing Needs
  • Contract Length: Typically 13 weeks
  • Schedule: 40 hours/week
  • Shift: AM (varies by facility)
  • Employment Type: Local or Travel Contracts

Compensation (Subject to Market Conditions):

  • Local Rate: Up to $65.00/hour
  • Travel Weekly Gross: Up to $2,618

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • BLS Certification
  • Minimum 2 years of Acute Care experience
  • At least 1 year of current experience
