Position Highlights
  • Practice at The Hospitals of Providence, a leading healthcare system in El Paso
  • $75,000 sign-on bonus, including upfront bonus availability for students
  • Flexible scheduling with 8, 10, 12, or 16-hour shift options
  • Broad case mix including orthopedics, cardiac, spine, general surgery, and urology
  • Work closely with anesthesiologists before, during, and after surgical procedures
  • Assist with anesthesia administration, invasive monitoring, airway management, and patient monitoring
  • Support patient care through PACU handoffs and care documentation
  • Growing anesthesia program with opportunities for both experienced providers and new graduates

Candidate Requirements
  • Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA)
  • Current certification through the National Commission for Certification of Anesthesiologist Assistants (NCCAA)
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Active and ability to obtain unencumbered CAA license in the state of employment
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply
