Position Highlights- Specialty: Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery — fellowship training required
- Employment Model: Full-time, employed position
- Call Schedule: Pediatric Ortho call coverage required; option to take Adult Ortho call if desired
- Practice Setting: Largest multi-specialty group in the region with significant market share across West Texas and Southern New Mexico
- Patient Volume: Robust referral network supported by 50+ system access points throughout the region
- Administrative Support: Centralized billing, coding, and collections; in-house HR, IT, marketing, business development, and PR teams
- New Grads Welcome: Experienced surgeons and fellowship graduates are both encouraged to apply
