Pulmonary/Cardiac Rehab Registered Nurse, Per Diem Days

SUMMARY

To deliver high quality Cardiac/Pulmonary Rehabilitative services by creating and implementing a multidisciplinary, goal oriented care plan for each patient in collaboration with members of the cardiac rehab team.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education:

1. Associates of Applied Science, Nursing.
2. Bachelors of Science in Nursing-Preferred.

Required Licenses/Certifications:

1) Current TX RN License

2) Current BLS and ACLS Certification

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

Must speak, read and write fluently in English. Basic computer skills. Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in the absence of direct supervision. Able to follow directions and complete duties as assigned. Demonstrate technical competence and sound clinical judgment. Good understanding regarding the care, treatment and designing of an exercise plan for individuals with cardiac disease and those requiring cardiac rehabilitation.
