Ready to make a real impact in a high-acuity setting—and get rewarded for it? Abrazo Arrowhead is looking for passionate Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRTs) to join our dynamic team. Work in a collaborative environment where your skills are valued, your growth is supported, and your work directly contributes to the care of complex, critical patients.
Responsibilities
- Provides respiratory therapy to patients as ordered by physicians.
- Handles complex cases and performs all modalities of respiratory care.
- Diagnostic testing (treadmills, complete PFTs).
- ABG machine maintenance.
- Hemodynamics & special procedures.
- Procedures in ICU, PACU, and more.
- Treatment across all age groups—newborn to geriatric.
Qualifications
- Special Skills
- Knowledge of ventilators & patient hemodynamics
- A passion for clinical excellence and mentoring
- Comfort working in high-acuity environments
- Strong aseptic and infection control practices
- Excellent customer service and basic computer skills
- Minimum Requirements
- Experience: 2 years of respiratory experience
- Education: Completion of an accredited 2-year respiratory therapy program (CRT/RRT eligible)
- Certifications:
- Licensed RRT in the State of Arizona
- BLS (required)
- ACLS & PALS
- NRP within 12 months
- Preferred Requirements
- Experience: Acute care/ICU, hemodynamics, PFT, cardiology, and precepting
