Abrazo West Campus presents a rare opportunity to lead one of Arizona's most advanced and rapidly growing hospitals. Located in the heart of the booming West Valley of Phoenix, the organization combines the clinical sophistication of a tertiary care center with the growth potential of one of the nation's most dynamic healthcare markets.
The 216-bed acute care hospital, together with a 24-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility and a 14-bed Freestanding Emergency Center, serves as a regional destination for complex care and advanced specialty services.
Key clinical programs include:
- Level I Trauma Center
- Comprehensive Stroke Program
- Cardiac Receiving Center
- Advanced Cardiovascular Services, including an expanding Open-Heart Surgery Program
- Neurosciences, Spine and Orthopedics
- Women's and Infant Services
- Inpatient Rehabilitation

The next CEO will lead the continued transformation and growth of Abrazo West Campus while advancing its position as the premier healthcare destination in the West Valley.

Qualifications
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will be a visionary healthcare executive who combines strategic thinking, operational excellence, and an authentic leadership style.
Qualifications include:
- 10+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, including successful leadership of a complex hospital or health system operation
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree strongly preferred
- Proven history of driving growth, operational performance, and financial success
- Demonstrated success building strong physician relationships and engagement
- Experience leading organizational transformation and culture development
- Track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining exceptional talent

Compensation
- A competitive compensation program will be tailored to the selected candidate. Base salary will be supplemented by a performance bonus and comprehensive, well-rounded benefits program, which includes relocation assistance.
Travel
- Minimal ability to travel in market. Selected candidate will be required to pass a Motor Vehicle Records check.
