Summary:
Responsible for management of Tenet's Clinical Research Compliance Program, policy development, and management of the department. Role may be the leader or may report to Director. Responsible for oversight of research coordinators, auditors, and assistants.

Analyze information from appropriate clinical trial agreements to identify research tasks and costs related to research to assure that costs are included in budget negotiations. This includes working with hospital resources to determine pricing, coding, and determination whether services are Standard of Care or Research Specific.
Qualifications
Education:
Required: Bachelor’s health related degree or equivalent
Experience:
Required: 5 years of experience in research
Certifications:
Required: Must obtain Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) within three years of hire date or placement in role.
Preferred: Certified Clinical Research Processional (CCRP)
