JFK Memorial Hospital has provided medical care to residents in the Coachella Valley since 1966. A group of physicians, including Dr. Reynaldo Carreon, founded the hospital and today one of JFK’s cross streets is named in his honor.
Originally called Indio Community Hospital, JFK has grown to a 145-bed acute-care hospital that is part of Tenet Healthcare California. It offers a variety of services, including:
•Emergency care 24/7
•Orthopedic and joint replacement services using emerging technology
•Cardiovascular services
•Maternity care and pediatric services
•Ambulatory surgery center
•Imaging services
•Outpatient Rehabilitation Center
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Under the supervision of the Central Supply Supervisor and the Director of Materials Management, provides supplies and equipment to all areas of the hospital on a daily basis. Performs issues through IMMS computer, batches charge cards, stocks areas of assignments, stocks crash carts, and IV supplies and solutions and other areas/supplies as needed. Keeps work area clean and organized, performs all duties with a focus on customer service.
Shift: Days
Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm
Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays plus one weekday.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Able to lift 40 pounds unassisted
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Previous hospital or medical supply experience preferred
- Valid drivers license

Pay Range: $23.00 hourly **Individual wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience
