POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for performing a variety of duties in the repair, servicing and general maintenance of the hospital's physical plant and equipment. Complete basic plumbing, electrical and HVAC maintenance and repairs. Services hospital equipment, making repairs and/or adjustments as needed. Performs basic carpentry, painting and other related duties. Performs other duties as required.

High School

Licenses/Certifications:

Valid CA Driver's License

Experience: 

2-3 years

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:

Analytical and grammatical skills are necessary to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing. Must be fluent in spoken and written English. Must be able to fulfill the essential functions of the position.

EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS: 

Hand and power tools utilized in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and general repair. Carpentry, painting and plastering tools. Use/driving of company vehicles.
