  • Performs selected tests and measurements in consultation with the therapist; maintains documentation on all treatments; assures appropriate equipment performance prior to each use. 
  •  Performs patient treatment as indicated by the treatment plan. 
  • Documents treatments given, including frequent and objective measurements. Works with neonatal through geriatric patients with clinical competency, as applicable. 
  • Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. 
  • Performs related duties as required

  • Required:
    • Education: 
      • Associates degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant, Active U.S. military service members or veterans 
      • With any military service, training or education verified and credited by an accredited PA program is acceptable

  • Licensure/Certification: State of Tennessee OTA License
