- Identifies, analyzes and reconciles billing errors or omissions
- Reviews patient account records and third party payer issues
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within Perioperative Services
- Works under general supervision.
- Typically reports to the manager.
- Performs duties as assigned.
Ensures that all billing charges are captured in an appropriate manner.
- Required:
- Education: Associates Degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Licensure/Certification: BLS
- Preferred:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
