Calling all soon-to-be and newly licensed RNs! The Saint Francis Hospital New Graduate RN Residency Program is your gateway to a rewarding nursing career where learning, growth, and mentorship come together.
We know transitioning from student to professional nurse can feel overwhelming that’s why we’ve created an immersive residency program designed to help you build a strong clinical foundation, gain real-world experience, and grow alongside other new nurses in your cohort.

Program Requirements:
- Must be graduating within the next 6 monthsor have obtained RN licensure within the last 6 months.
- Candidates graduating within 6 months may start after receiving their Authorization to Test (ATT).
- All graduate nurses must pass the NCLEX within 45 days of their hire date.
