Rehabilitation Manager

- Develops and manages the operating and capital budgets
- Directs daily operations and performance of staff

In cases where Manager is highest level at facility, responsible for the oversight and management of the Rehabilitation Department, consisting of PT, OT, and/or Speech. Assesses, plans, and implements processes relating to patient evaluation and treatment, as required. Works with neonatal through geriatric patients with clinical competency. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period.
- Required:
- Education: Master's degree in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech and language pathology, or bachelor's degree required in a related field
- Experience: 2 years in healthcare management
- Licensure/Certification: Maintain licensure, as required by State law
- Preferred:
- Education: Doctoral degree in physical therapy or master's degree in a related field
