Respiratory Therapy Supervisor

- Supervises, to include discipline, supports and coaches staff in absence of Director
- Makes rounds to adequately maintain patient equipment; therapeutic listings
- Reports identified unusual patient conditions/reactions to immediate supervisor
- Performs quality control on all respiratory care equipment.
- Performs related duties as required
Coordinates assignments of Respiratory Care Staff. Provides supervision of staff in the absence of Coordinator/Director. Provides respiratory care to patients. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.
- Required:
- Education: Graduate of an AMA accredited respiratory care program.
- Experience: 1 year of respiratory care
- Licensure/Certification: RCP or equivalent State licensure; CRT, ACLS, PALS, and NRP
- Preferred:
- Experience: Supervisory experience
- Licensure/Certification: RRT
