Xray Service Engineer Full Time Days Position Summary
Responsible for repair and maintenance of Imaging/Radiology medical equipment. See MR, CT, Cath Lab, Mobile X Ray units, etc. Maintains documentation of all service events, performance tests and corrective maintenance performed on a wide range of equipment types.
Responsibilities
Reviews outcomes of preventive maintenance actions; audits service reports; delivers in-service education sessions to equipment users; maintains current knowledge of the clinical application of equipment, devices, instruments, and systems; develops new equipment PM and incoming testing procedures.
Education:
Must have Associates Degree in Clinical Engineering/related field or the equivalent combination of education and/or technical experience.
Experience:
Recommended: 4+ years progressive responsibility in multiple clinical areas and/or multiple modalities
