Summary:
This clinical role will be a hospital-wide Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) position focusing on quality and patient experience. This person will engage directly with patients and families, directing and supervising the execution and/or completion of identified patient care needs, or requested supplemental services to promote and ensure an excellent care experience. The ANM implements, educates, and ensures compliance with policies, procedures, standards and regulations, including patient safety, for personnel, patients, medical staff, and the public to ensure consistent and timely delivery of high-quality patient care. This person will establish a systematic approach for the positive resolution of customer issues and complaints, including the use of a tracking mechanism for problem identification and resolution. This person will design a full-scale customer service program for PBGMC, and will ensure the hospital achieves industry-leading patient customer service and patient experience reflected in the Patient Experience/ HCAHPS scores.

Required: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Preferred: BSN
Experience:
Required: Minimum of 2 years of experience working in healthcare or hospital setting.
Must have excellent computer skills, applications including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook, and familiarity with computer systems, electronic health records and database management required. Additional experience in customer service and/or guest relations preferred.

Must have the ability to problem-solve and escalate issues appropriately.
The position is full time, M-F, days, with occasional off-hours to reach night shift or attend off-site events, as needed.
