You will step into a newly established clinic with strong operational support and a built-in referral base. This is a 100% outpatient role designed for physicians seeking predictable schedules and minimal call burden. • Practice located on hospital campus at Desert Regional Medical Center
• 100% outpatient clinical focus
• Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Call limited to your own patients; inpatient call handled by hospital
• New clinic environment with opportunity to shape practice growth
• Average 15+ patients per day
• Supported by operational staff and medical assistants

• Base compensation ranging from $364,900 to $557,400, based on qualifications
• Predictable weekday schedule with no hospital call requirements

Desert Care Network serves the healthcare needs of the Coachella Valley and Morongo Basin regions in Southern California with three hospitals Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs, JFK Memorial Hospital in Indio and Hi-Desert Medical Center in Joshua Tree.
