Phoenix, Arizona Family Medical Centers of AZPer collaborative agreement
Join our Orthopedic Specialists team in Arizona and play a key role in our growing Total Joint program. We’re looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner to step into a mix to provide clinical support for a growing Ortho Surgery group.
This position is vital to ensuring excellent patient care across our orthopedic services, and we’re excited to welcome the right candidate to our team.

Education: Graduate of an approved and accredited Physician Assistant master’s program.
Certification: Physician Assistant license to practice in the state. CPR Certified. DEA registration with state.
