Job SummaryProvides administrative support for the department. Organizes and maintains departmental filing system. Updates and maintains department manuals. Inputs and updates department specific database. Understands and utilizes word processing and other computer programs.
Responsibilities- Screens telephone calls and relays messages appropriately. Greets and assists visitors. Reads and routes incoming mail. Prepares outgoing correspondence as directed.
- Composes, edits, types, and distributes correspondence. Records minutes of staff meetings. Arranges travel schedules and reservations. Properly utilizes business/office equipment such as fax, copier, shredder, computer, and printer. Makes copies of correspondence and other printed material.
- Requisitions departmental supplies and maintains inventories. Maintains accounts receivable/payable documentation. Coordinates bi-annual inventory.
- Process payroll for Plant Ops.
- Work with Contracts Department to procure needed documentation and information to establish contracted services and to review current contracts for renewal.

- Education:
- High School Diploma required
- Some college or vocational training required
- Experience:
- 2 to 5 years of job-related experience required, including high-level administrative experience
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
- Education:

- Education: Associate degree or professional training preferred
- Experience: 5+ years of job-related experience preferred
