Position Summary
Manager, Business Planning will: assist with annual and multi-year business planning activities for San Antonio market or business unit Independently lead market assessment and pro-forma development for major capital projects Lead sub-team of analysts for special projects Develop and maintain market analytics solution(s) deployed across the enterprise, inclusive of managing external vendor relationships, Partner with market operators as well as develop communications for senior executives. Responsible for monitoring of project timeline and budget and providing periodic updates on project status to upper management. Familiar with concepts, practices and procedures of standard project management methodologies.
MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Management or related field.
PREFERRED EDUCATION: Masters degree
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 1 year healthcare experience Proficient in use of Microsoft Office, ability to organize and present data.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 5 or more years of progressive management in healthcare, with demonstrated success in operational or project management areas.
