POSITION SUMMARY

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Contributes to the Quality Team by coordinating the IMAGING related reporting, monitoring and performance improvement processes across our health system. Activities are coordinated in conjunction with regulatory compliance and patient safety efforts. Completes established competencies for the position with designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree in healthcare based discipline or 8 years of equivalent healthcare work experience in lieu of degree

PREFERRED EDUCATION: Masters Degree in a healthcare related field

REQUIRED CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE: Certified by the Texas Board of Medical Radiology Technology

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2 years experience in healthcare quality improvement activities

PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or other certification in healthcare quality. License in clinical discipline, strongly preferred.
