  • 10-bed Emergency Department designed for maximum efficiency and comfort
  • 2-bed Triage Area for rapid patient assessment
  • Right Care, Right Place for 3 patients, ensuring appropriate care for each

  • 4 Trauma Rooms equipped for critical care situations
  • CT Imaging available right within the department for rapid diagnostics
  • Decontamination Room to manage specialized care scenarios

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Emergency Department to ensure efficient, high-quality care
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a dynamic team of emergency professionals, ensuring a culture of excellence
  • Manage the expansion and upgrade of facilities and equipment in line with evolving needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare departments to maintain seamless patient care and effective emergency protocols
  • Implement policies and procedures to enhance patient safety and care delivery

  • Strong understanding of emergency medical protocols, regulations, and best practices

Active and current registered nurse license in the state of residence/practice. Has highly effective interpersonal and communication skills, proven leadership ability and hospital operational ability, and ability to serve as role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing.

Qualifications

Education:

Required: Associate degree from an accredited nursing school with a bachelor's degree in a health care related field or a BSN.
Preferred: MSN or master’s in a health care related field.

Experience:

Required: 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a manager or director. 5 years of experience working in the Emergency Room. 

Certifications:

Required: Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy; CPR.
