Qualifications
MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university PREFERRED EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree in Human Resources from an accredited college or university
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 5 or more years as a HR Generalist or 5 years of management the includes managing and developing staff
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 3 or more years as a Manager of Human Resources REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE:
PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: PHR/SPHR
REQUIRED COURSES/ COMPLETIONS (e.g., CPR): NA

Description
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Under the direction of Human Resource Leaders, manages operational, clerical and technical human resources functions, policy/procedure enforcement as well as employee relations, enforcement of equal opportunity and labor law and organizational compliance. Oversees disciplinary actions and terminations and serves as a resource for employees and management regarding processes. Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.
