Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care with MedFirst San Antonio - Joudanton
San Antonio, Texas BHS Physician Network, IncMedFirst is seeking a full-time Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team at our Jourdanton clinic, located just south of San Antonio. This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a supportive and community-focused environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building long-term patient relationships and delivering high-quality care across the lifespan.
Position Highlights
• Full-time, primary care position
• Monday through Friday schedule aligned with normal business hours
• Provide care to patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics
• Emphasis on preventive care, chronic disease management, and wellness visits
• Supportive clinical and administrative team

Certifications:
Required: Must be currently licensed, certified or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy. RNP License. Additional certification(s) per governing board and in accordance with the facility Medical Staff Bylaws.
