Baptist Medical Network, part of Tenet Healthcare, is expanding its pediatric surgical capacity and looking for a Pediatric Otolaryngologist ready for the best of both worlds: the autonomy of private practice paired with the referral base and stability of a major hospital system. You'll step into an established demand with a large existing referral network, giving you a fast ramp-up from day one. With dedicated administrative and clinical support, modern surgical technology, and tools like AI scribe, you can focus on what matters most: surgery and patient care.

• $75,000 sign-on bonus

• MD or DO
• Board certified/board eligible in Pediatric Otolaryngology by the ABOHNS or AOBOO
• TX medical license, or eligible to obtain one
