POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for the administration, interpretation and evaluation of tests and measurements. Plans and modifies treatment plans. Coordinates the clinical aspects of patient care, and leads the continuing education programming for Health Link. Develops and manages a quality and compliance program to assure Health Link provides quality patient care which exceeds regulatory requirements. Participates in the collection and monitoring of data for quality improvement of patient care and reports the data to the department director. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy, or Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology
PREFERRED EDUCATION: Masters Degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy, or Doctorate Degree in Speech Language Pathology
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 5 years clinical experience in outpatient rehabilitation setting
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: N/A
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: Possession of current Texas State license. Advanced Clinical Certification (Certified Hand Therapist, Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, Geriatric Clinical Specialist, Neuro Development Therapy Certification, Board Certification in Swallowing Disorders, etc.)
PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: Clinical Instructor Certification
REQUIRED COURSES/ COMPLETIONS (e.g., CPR): Must have active healthcare provider Basic Life Support on hire (ARC or AHA); however, must have AHA Healthcare Provider BLS within 60 days of hire.
