Job Summary
Monitors reports for a single hospital that drive SLA/KPI.
Responsibilities
- Identifies trends, and facilitates and implements solutions to ensure client satisfaction
- Owns reporting and provides support to CFO.
Qualifications
- Minimum Requirements
- Experience: 5 years in A/R management and/or managed care contracting and analysis as well as directing a multi-facility business office, healthcare experience.
- Preferred Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, health administration, or related degree
