What You’ll Do:
As the DCQI, you will be at the forefront of our quality and performance improvement initiatives. This isn’t just about compliance—it’s about setting a standard of excellence that positively impacts patient outcomes and hospital culture. In this role, you will:
- Coordinate and lead hospital-wide quality, patient safety, and patient experience programs.
- Collaborate closely with clinical leaders to develop and implement evidence-based performance improvement strategies.
- Oversee compliance with The Joint Commission, California Department of Public Health, CMS, and other regulatory agencies.
- Facilitate peer review processes and assist departments in analyzing trends and creating action plans.
- Monitor quality metrics, ensure accurate reporting, and guide teams toward achieving measurable goals.
- Support and educate staff and leaders on best practices in quality and safety.
- Be a visible champion of our mission to continuously improve care delivery and patient satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in a clinical field required; Master’s degree in healthcare or related field preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in quality, patient safety, or regulatory roles in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, performance improvement principles, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to lead with empathy, clarity, and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Highly adaptable to a dynamic, evolving healthcare environment.

Pay Range: $150,000 - $215,000 **Individual wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience ***Calculated based on a full time position
