Market Director – Women’s & Children’s Services ($25,000 Sign-On Bonus)

Location: Central Valley Market – Emanuel Medical Center (Turlock, CA) & Doctors Medical Center (Modesto, CA)

As the Market Director of Women’s and Children’s Services, you will:

  • Drive strategy and vision for maternal and pediatric services across two hospitals in the Central Valley market.
  • Lead and inspire high-performing teams in Labor & Delivery, NICU, Pediatrics, and Women’s Services.
  • Collaborate with leadership, physicians, and other community leaders to develop service lines and expand access to outstanding care.
  • Shape programs that support families from pregnancy through childhood—making a lasting impact in the community.
  • Mentor and develop nurse leaders, fostering an environment of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Guide financial and operational performance, ensuring quality care while maximizing resource utilization.
  • Implement innovation and best practices, supporting evidence-based care and patient-centered delivery models.

Qualifications

What You Bring:

  • Current California RN license
  • Minimum 2 years in Labor & Delivery/Obstetrics
  • Minimum 5 years of nursing leadership experience
  • BSN required; MSN or MBA preferred
  • ACLS, PALS & NRP certifications required
  • Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AWHONN) certification preferred
  • A passion for team-building, patient-centered care, and operational excellence

Pay Range: $141,440 - $226,720 **Individual wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience ***Calculated based on a full time position
