Position Summary
The Supervisor is responsible for performing a variety of duties asscociated with the efficent operation of the scheduling department to ensure high quaility and efficient services to customers. Acts a resource in all areas of expertise of departmental staff. Tests Rev cycle, Cerner and other communication system upgrades. Utilizes clinical knowledge to schedule all procedures within Imaging Services utilizing the scheduling system. Coordinates the scheduling needs of the patient with the resources within each modality.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Associate degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Experience: Minimum 2 years scheduling experience.
