Position Summary
Under the guidance of the Market Education Director, the Clinical Education Specialist assists with training and administrative functions of the clinical education department. The Specialist manages student affiliation agreements and student and instructor onboarding and rotations, and provides guidance to students and college and university faculty. The Specialist manages the LMS to assign and provide reports of course status. The Specialist provides assistance with orientation, residencies, and the nursing competency assignment. The Specialist supports the educators, human resources, and employed staff to fulfill their training needs.

Minimum Education/ Licensure / Certifications.
- Minimum of two years of recent hospital experience.
- Computer skills including experience with all Microsoft office programs.
- Required: Graduate of accredited school of nursing and RN degree.
