POSITION SUMMARY:

QualificationsMinimum Education / Licensure / Certifications
Practicing apprentice level or equivalent on the job training in general trades maintenance.
High school graduate or equivalent
Desired: Trade school graduate in one of the trades, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, etc. None
Minimum Experience
Minimum Three (3) years experience in an institutional environment as a primary maintenance mechanic.
Desired: Two (2) years or more experience in a hospital environment with technical training.
