Responsibilities:

Responsibilities in phone support, cash receipts validation from different sources (cashier, pre-listing checks, dietary, etc.) and other duties as assigned by the controller and assistant controller. These duties could include accounts payable and payroll support in a shared service environment and bank deposits.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Supports the Director of Revenue Analysis with all Business Office functions at the facility. Duties include, but are not limited to, Daily/Monthly reports, Month end close, AR Support, and NIC/NMC requests. Also performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Education / Licensure / Certifications: High School Graduate. Ability to read and write English

Minimum Experience:

3 Years of previous experience in a Hospital Business Office with a strong understanding of the Patient Accounting revenue cycle. Strong ability to work independently, decision maker is desired. Business background, computer experience: proficient with Excel, Word, office machines, including but not limited to: fax, copier, telephone and 10 key calculators. Typing – 40wpm.
