Summary
The Physical Therapist shall demonstrate the clinical ability to evaluate patients’ functional status, plan, implement and document individual therapeutic programs. The Physical Therapist performs miscellaneous duties as assigned
Qualifications - External
Education
Minimum of Bachelor Degree in PT, according to State of Florida Guidelines
Experience
Preferred: One (1) year or more in field
Certifications/Licensure
- BLS through American Heart Association
- Licensed by the State of Florida for Physical Therapy
