New Graduate RN Opportunities - Growth, Training and Support 

New grad RNs receive full support through a residency and a 12-month “Bridge to Critical Care” curriculum, hands-on learning and a pathway into ICU, ED and stepdown, with small patient ratios and a dedicated preceptor.​ Additionally, you may progress into specialty roles in as little as 13 weeks to 6 months, with direct exposure to and mentoring from the facility CNO, providing a clear career trajectory and leadership access.​
